1. Worldwide scope

This product is an educational market-watch and chart-image tool. It can be used from anywhere and is not tied to a financial license of any one country, because the system does not take client money, place orders, or connect exchange accounts.

Each user is responsible for following the laws that apply to them. Chart Lab does not provide country-licensed financial services.

2. What the app does and does not do

• Show rankings and charts from public data so you can watch the market
• Read a chart image and summarize it in observational language
• Does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold an asset
• Does not guarantee profit, accuracy, or returns
• Does not trade for you, copy-trade, or hold funds

3. Market data and image analysis

Prices, rankings, and charts come from public sources such as CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Binance, and TradingView. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

Image analysis can only read what is visible in the picture. Confidence is shown only as low / medium / high. It is not an order signal.

4. User accounts

Sign up with a username, email, and password. We send a verification link and password-reset mail only to that address. The session is stored in browser cookies. You can view markets and charts without signing in. Chart analysis needs a verified email. A username is not legal identity verification.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app to learn and watch markets. Do not present app output as an investment order to other people. Do not attack the system or upload images that infringe someone else’s rights.

Chart analysis is limited per hour so the service can stay available.

6. No warranty

The software is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from investment decisions, market-data outages, or inaccurate analysis.

7. Language

The website starts in Thai and can be switched to English, French, Russian, Hindi, Lao, and Vietnamese. If anything is unclear, the product is educational software, not investment advice.

8. Software rental

A paid plan is a software rental fee for educational chart-image analysis. Market view stays free. An opened rental period is not refunded. You can cancel so the next period does not renew. This is not investment advice and not a financial product.
