Terms of use

1. Worldwide scope

This product is an educational market-watch and chart-image tool. It can be used from anywhere and is not tied to a financial license of any one country, because the system does not take client money, place orders, or connect exchange accounts.

Each user is responsible for following the laws that apply to them. Chart Lab does not provide country-licensed financial services.

2. What the app does and does not do

• Show rankings and charts from public data so you can watch the market
• Read a chart image and summarize it in observational language
• Does not tell you to buy, sell, or hold an asset
• Does not guarantee profit, accuracy, or returns
• Does not trade for you, copy-trade, or hold funds

3. Market data and image analysis

Prices, rankings, and charts come from public sources such as CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap, Binance, and TradingView. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

Image analysis can only read what is visible in the picture. Confidence is shown only as low / medium / high. It is not an order signal.

4. User accounts

Sign up with a username, email, and password. We send a verification link and password-reset mail only to that address. The session is stored in browser cookies. You can view markets and charts without signing in. Chart analysis needs a verified email. A username is not legal identity verification.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app to learn and watch markets. Do not present app output as an investment order to other people. Do not attack the system or upload images that infringe someone else’s rights.

Chart analysis is limited per hour so the service can stay available.

6. No warranty

The software is provided as is. We are not liable for losses from investment decisions, market-data outages, or inaccurate analysis.

7. Language

The website starts in Thai and can be switched to English, French, Russian, Hindi, Lao, and Vietnamese. If anything is unclear, the product is educational software, not investment advice.

8. Software rental

Membership is a software fee for educational chart analysis. Market view stays free. An opened membership period is not refunded and cannot be withdrawn as tokens. This is not investment advice and not a financial product.

CLAB is a community token. It is not a way to pay for membership and Chart Lab does not advise anyone to buy it.

9. Membership, token, and receive wallet are not the same

• Membership is a software right on your Chart Lab account. It is not a crypto balance and you cannot withdraw it.
• CLAB is a community token. It is not the wallet that receives membership payments.
• A Kasikorn Bank transfer pays a software fee in Thai baht to Chart Lab, and a card charge goes through Stripe. Neither is your wallet, and neither holds client trading funds.

The optional partner program is single-tier only and is covered by a separate partner agreement.

10. Product description addendum · 25 September 2026

Where an earlier section conflicts with this addendum, this addendum describes the software as it operates today. Chart Lab presents itself as software, market data, analytics, research, and educational decision-support technology.

• Membership is a software fee (membership, subscription, or service payment). It is not an investment deposit, trading capital, a fund unit, or a portfolio balance. An opened membership period is not refunded. USDT on Solana, when offered, pays that software fee to the operator receive wallet. It is not a customer crypto deposit account.
• The public site does not ask for a seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase.
• A separate owner-scoped futures research console exists in the codebase. It is not a public brokerage, not custody, and not a service that manages customer money. Mainnet new orders stay behind a server-side compliance hold. Live Auto stays off unless a separate compliance approval is set on the server. Browser controls cannot remove those holds.
• If an exchange API key is connected for isolated research, withdrawal permission must stay disabled. Chart Lab does not implement customer withdrawals.
• Model output can describe a market. It is not a personal recommendation based on your finances.
• The default language for accounts other than the operator complimentary account is English.
• CLAB is not a membership payment method.
• Chart Lab does not claim to be SEC approved, SEC licensed, regulated, or authorized. No financial-services license number is stated here because none has been verified in this product.
• You are responsible for using the software lawfully where you are. The software does not verify your age. Minimum-age enforcement: owner input required.
• Do not attack the service, scrape it in a way that degrades it, or present its output to other people as a personal investment order.
• The software, branding, and copy are owned by the operator except for content you upload. You allow the service to process an uploaded chart so it can return the analysis you requested.
• The service can be unavailable. Market data and third-party venues (including public market-data sources, Anthropic for chart images, payment processors, and exchanges) can fail.
• To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, data errors, or service interruption. This does not remove rights that a statute keeps.
• The operator may suspend an account or a partner for abuse or for a breach of the partner marketing rules.
• Legal entity, registered address, governing law, and a public contact channel: owner input required.
