Risk disclosure
Chart Lab is software for market data, analytics, research, and educational decision support. This page describes risks. It does not authorize Chart Lab to give personal investment advice, hold customer assets, or trade for the public.
1. Digital assets are volatile
Prices of digital assets can move quickly and can fall to zero. Market data on Chart Lab can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. A chart, ranking, or model score is a description of data, not a promise of a future price.
2. Derivatives and leverage
Futures and other derivatives can involve substantial risk. Leverage can amplify losses as well as gains. You can lose more than an initial margin amount, depending on the venue and the product. Chart Lab does not set your exchange leverage and does not guarantee that a stop level will fill.
3. You can lose capital
Nothing on this website removes the chance of loss. Paper, testnet, shadow, and backtest results are not live results. Historical or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
4. Model and AI output can be wrong
Analyzer text, scores, and futures research notes are model output or market observation. They can be wrong, late, or incomplete. They are not a personal instruction to buy, sell, hold, or use a specific amount of leverage. A sentence that sounds like a directive is still software output, not a recommendation based on your finances.
5. No profit guarantee
Chart Lab software does not guarantee profit, a win rate, a return, or a signal. Targets shown in research tools are targets, not promises. Statistics must be read with their source, period, and whether they are live, paper, testnet, shadow, or backtest.
6. Third-party venues
Exchanges, data vendors, and wallet networks can be unavailable, rate-limited, or incorrect. Chart Lab does not operate those venues. A membership payment, including a USDT transfer to the operator receive wallet, is a software fee. It is not a deposit into a trading account and it is not custody of your assets.
7. What this disclosure does not do
This page does not make a regulated activity lawful. It does not say that Chart Lab is licensed, approved, or authorized by the SEC or any other regulator. License status is legal review required. Operator legal entity, governing law, and contact channel: owner input required.
